SHOP POLICES AND FAQ

1. How long will my order take to arrive at my door?
   Every order takes approximately 2 business days to pack and dispatch. Once it’s done, it usually takes 2-4 days to arrive within the UK.
   
   

2. What countries do you ship to?
   Due to tricky logistics for a small business, I only ship to the UK, at the moment.
   
   

3. I put the wrong address in my order. What do I do?
   If any address information is incorrect, you must contact me immediately, so that I can change it before dispatch your order. Send an email to sayhello.ilk@gmail.com and we’ll sort it.
   
   

4. Can I return my purchase?
   If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact me within 14 days with your order number and reason for return, and I will email you the next steps. Unfortunately, due to this being a small business, I can’t cover the price of shipping it back to me (unless it arrived damaged or faulty). I hope that’s understandable.
   You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
   Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
   

• • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
